The objective of the Quality Manager is to plan, implement, maintain and continuously improve a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard.

General Requirements
4 years on-the-job experience in a full-time, paid quality related role. Experience must be in a decision-making position, defined as the authority to define, execute or control projects/processes and be responsible for the outcome.
High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
Plan, implement, maintain and continuously improve:
A Quality Management System with process ownership of Document Control, Internal Audit, Management Review, Corrective Action, Calibration, and continuous Improvement Processes
A process for receiving inspection of raw material and components to ensure conformance to engineering specifications and purchase order requirements;
A process for in-process inspections and tests of sub-assemblies to ensure conformance to Labor Router requirements;
A process for final inspection of completed products to ensure conformance to engineering specifications and customer requirements;
A process for inspection and investigation of of products returning from the field;
A process to document the results of all inspection, test, and investigation activity to ensure adequate evidence of conformity is preserved.
Manage Quality Inspectors and oversee all inspection activity
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Adhere to all Manager Expectations.
Understand, fully support, and demonstrate Wasco’s mission statement, core values, and operating principles.
Skills & Abilities
Have a working knowledge of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements Standard, Statistical Process Control principles and techniques, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and inspection hand tools. Ability to use precision measuring instruments and effective computer skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs. at chest level several times a day, ability to see the full spectrum of colors and track fine details visually.
Compensation: $80k - $92k/yr
