General Requirements

Education:

Minimum Requirement - Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience:

5+ years relevant experience in a Manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use. The role also involves climbing stairs multiple times per day and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs. Occasional travel may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

Job Duties

· Engineering Leadership & Supervision

Oversees engineering team performance, provides leadership and motivation, including remote team coordination and evaluations.

· Project & Process Management

Leads project planning, execution, and Phase Gate management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

· Product Development & Validation

Manages test systems, experimental design, product validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Cross-Functional & Customer Collaboration

Coordinates with internal teams and customers to align project scope and support multi-site efforts.

· Accountability & Values Alignment

Completes ad hoc assignments while adhering to managerial expectations, company mission, and core values

Skills & Abilities

· Project & Design Expertise

Applies strong project management and design knowledge to guide successful technical and creative outcomes.

· Problem Solving & Persistence

Demonstrates determination and resilience in identifying solutions and overcoming challenges.

· Technical Proficiency

Fluent in computer software relevant to project and design execution.

Builds effective teams and communicates clearly to foster collaboration and shared success.

Compensation: $102,000 - $121,000/yr
