General Requirements

Education:

Minimum Requirement - Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience:

5+ years relevant experience.

Job Duties

Product Launch & Pilot Production
Leads new product launches and pilot production, managing schedules and resolving manufacturability issues.

Process & Cost Improvement
Drives cost reduction, capacity improvement, supply chain optimization, and process enhancements.

Compliance & Collaboration
Ensures industry specification compliance, collaborates cross-functionally, schedules equipment maintenance, and prioritizes projects.

Accountability & Values
Performs additional duties as assigned while aligning with company core values.

Design & Documentation
Designs fixtures, equipment, and production lines, workflows, and work instructions.

Technical Support & Training
Provides technician training, conducts technical and failure analysis, and supports line maintenance and equipment repair.

Skills and Abilities Summary

· Production Planning & Lean Manufacturing

Applies production planning techniques along with LEAN principles and 5S workplace organization to optimize workflow.

· Equipment & Process Knowledge

Maintains equipment, operates CNC machinery, and utilizes GD&T for precise manufacturing processes.
