General Requirements
Education Minimum: Bachelor of Arts in Business, Marketing or related field
Experience Minimum: Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience, minimum of 5 years sales experience
Job Duties
Prepare and support all sales activities.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Collaborate with president and marketing to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to sales team with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information sources and so on.
Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls/emails and convert them into sales.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare internal reports.
Coordinate customer training as necessary. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate CRM.
Develop knowledge of products/services and customer offers to maximize sales opportunities.
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities
Ability to convert prospects and close deals, account development, customer relations skills, time management, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm supervisory experience.
Compensation: $60k - $70k
